When you go into an organisation as a freelancer you often get an immediate sense of the creative atmosphere. Sometimes the atmosphere is about fun, other times it's about resigned despair. These are just a few thoughts that have been compiled by a collection of advertising copywriters, designers, art directors and the like.











Getting more creativity is rather like finding world peace. Everyone thinks it's a good thing,
but few know how to get it.
